                  2013-2015 BlueWave Deployment Tulsa, OK

                          Site Acquisition                                               

·              Acquired property for AT&T wireless in Alabama and Florida. (45 sites which were new builds, rooftops and collocation.)  Represented the company from the inception of the deal to the final stages of the lease execution. Responsibilities included the investigation and identification of candidate sites within a specific geographical area. Interface with local jurisdictions and government officials to determine local requirements and zoning restrictions to facilitate the development of the sites. Negotiate leases with property owners, brokers and attorneys.  For SBA I did all the leasing for their client which entailed 25 sites. Responsible for creating documents to request leases.  Negotiated mutually acceptable terms with property owners, as well as coordination of the preparation and execution of all required acquisition documents. Due diligence in acquiring easements and ROW as necessary.
